If you have stocks of dried mushrooms – get it. We will make a roll of chicken – with a delicious fragrant filling. You can serve it hot with some side dish. Or you can cool and serve as a cold appetizer to guests. And so, and so good. My personal choice is to eat it hot.
Dry mushrooms can be anything, but, of course, ceps give the brightest aroma. Frozen and fresh mushrooms are also suitable.
